The deadline for paper submission is 1 December 2006. When preparing your manuscript please follow the Guide for Authors that is available at:

Please prepare your manuscript using Times New Roman style, font size 12 and a minimum line spacing of 18 pt.

I would like to ask you to keep the number of pages below 25, including figures. Please note that Figures and Tables should be presented on separate pages at the end of the manuscript, together with a list of Figure captions and Table captions.
